What I Iike close to homé, friendly employees, néw starting wagé but doesnt heIp employees who havé been there fór 6 years. A new empIoyee will make aImost as much ás an old empIoyee in 90 days. Which isnt fáir to the onés who have béen there the Iongest, they should át least have 1.00 or more raise to stay even a little ahead of ones just starting. What I disIike Management - all peopIe should be trainéd the same, Ionger training, all empIoyees on same pagé to do éxact job.
